Oman’s first Hyundai Digital City Store opens in Al Araimi Boulevard Mall

OTE Group and Hyundai Motor Company have opened the first Hyundai City Store in Oman, at Al Araimi Boulevard Mall. The showroom was recently inaugurated by Mike Song, Head of Operations for Hyundai Middle East & Africa, and Sheikh Saad Suhail Bahwan, Chairman, OTE Group.

The innovative showroom located in the ground floor of the new Al Araimi Boulevard mall, offers a unique virtual experience, with visitors able to explore a variety of Hyundai models and options in a personalized, high-tech environment. The store is a first-of-its-kind in Oman by any auto brand. It will provide, customers especially tech-savvy youth, with a unique digital car buying experience. In fact it will be offering an entirely new car buying experience!

The innovative automotive retail concept, pioneered by Hyundai, will feature 3D technology and enhances the car buying experience. It uses touchscreens and digital devices to allow visitors to browse 3D models of Hyundai products, book a test-drive, and buy a new car – all at the touch of a button.

Prospective customers will be able to go through an easy to use dashboard which will enable them to shortlist a model, can go through the functions, features, specifications and also get an email about their preferred model – all these at their leisure and convenience.
