Situated at Ghala, the Body Shop is an important link in the Service department of the OTE Group. This multi franchise unit takes up all the accident repairs for customers who own any OTE Brand commercial vehicles & cars, like Cadillac, GM, Hyundai, Subaru, Hummer,Isuzu, & Ssangyong, etc. The spacious, well-lit & well-ventilated repair shop attends to more than 75 vehicles at a single time. There are more than 50 skilled & qualified technicians, who form the strength of this unit, which carries out all denting, painting, & running repairs.

High quality standards are assured by the friendly reception, and by the use of the latest internationally renowned tools & equipments, as well as by the quality conscious work force. Continuous training facilities provided by OTE's in-house training department also facilitate the staff & technicians in maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The shop floor managers, who look after all the aspects of the accident repairs, the subsequent painting as well as the running repairs, to the smallest detail, always ensure correct repair techniques.

On completion of the repairs, all vehicles go through an exhaustive quality check where they are tested before final delivery to the customer.
