Team had arranged a gathering at OTE Subaru Showroom
where all Subaru owners were invited to participate in
the celebration of the Oman Subaru Team’s (OST)
4th Anniversary on Thursday 28th May, 2009.
In 2005, Oman
Subaru Team (OST) started off as a club where Subaru
owners met to talk about Subaru’s performance and also
the specially modified Subaru’s. Today their membership
has grown multifold with a wide range of Subaru vehicles
including the Legacy, the Outback and the famous
Impreza. The Oman Subaru Team (OST) has gone beyond
boundaries with the launch of their website where Subaru
enthusiasts exchange their views about Subaru.
The
evening was a fun filled one with lots of prizes that
were won. The children looked more colorful with their
faces painted. The stunt cyclists performed amazing
feats delivering Subaru’s core benefit of Sheer Control
based on theAll Wheel Drive technology. Beautifully
modified Subaru’s were displayed along side the actual
rally cars - the Impreza STI’s, which have been
performing at a competitive level in the region and has
won several accolades. The evening saw Subaru
enthusiasts flock in big numbers from all over the
Sultanate.
