At a recent ceremony held in Morocco, Hyundai Motor Company awarded OTE Group with a Certificate of Excellence. This award merits the service operations which are outstanding and conforming to stringent global standards lay down by Hyundai globally. Senior official from Hyundai Mr. D. H. Lee, General Manager – Overseas Service personally gave away the award in a gathering of all Hyundai teams from region. 

Another senior Hyundai official also said that the processes designed by Hyundai are aimed at providing impeccable service to Hyundai customers. These standards are under constant improvisation to meet the varied demands of customers.
